Bed arrived quickly, was a good price and good quality. The only downside was the instructions stated 2 hours and it actually took 3 people 2 days! It was not easy to build all, it was a large high sleeper with wardrobe and desk.

Placed my order, and I was kept informed through the whole process. Bed was delivered on time and arrived safely with boxes labelled correctly. The bed was really good quality, and easy to assemble. My husband managed to do alot of the assembly himself which was good.

Would definitely recommend.

I've had to change my delivery date and used Happy Beds online enquiry form as this seemed the only option. Worked really well. Had a lovely email from Tina within hours confirming the new delivery date and explaining the delivery process. A relief & really pleased as so many companies are awful at communication and make everything hard work. Very happy with Happy Beds so far - I'll review again once bed and mattress have been received.

Bed broke first time with terrible design. Now it's creaky, poorly designed, and so cheaply made. Such overpriced rubbish, honestly avoid it. The pistons don't even hold the mattress up, it's not very good.

Easy to order & excellent communication re order & delivery. Panther contacted the evening before, just as said they would, with a 2 hour delivery window' and able to track delivery on day, had a phone call to confirm delivery time more accurately as they enroute. Delivery drivers very helpful & professional & friendly & placed bed pieces & mattres in room. When we assembled it a day later, found it well packed, everything there & assembly relatively easy. Looks good & very happy with the whole process.

Really easy to order and the delivery company were excellent, they rang to say they were on their way 30 mins before delivey. The bunk beds went up like a dream myself and my 15 year old put them up together, the instructions were clear and all the leg parts was numbered which helped alot.
Really pleased with the beds they are very sturdy. I have two happy girls.

Charlie and Rab were fab!! After being given a two hour time window, I then got a phone call from them to let me know an even more specific time when they were on their way. Friendly and efficient and nothing was a bother. They were happy to put my delivery wherever in the house I needed it to go! Highly recommend them both. Thank you!!

The worst company ever, bad customer service, disastrous retuning policy, a robbery. Products with Bad quality, not happy at all, but sad beds instead. Do not buy from this company, if you have to return an Item you will pay around 80£ fees. Thus, you will be forced to keep the item anyway.

Bed looks great but is AWFUL to put together. My husband and I spent hours trying to put the bed together. The frame doesn’t square up properly so some of the cam bolts wouldn’t twist in properly. For a pricey bed the quality is substandard and the parts are poorly designed.

Dead lizard in box, holes in furniture where someone has previously used it, opened packets, dirty instructions, newspaper cuttings in another language, headboard had come apart. As we were opening more boxes we were finding more surprises. Clearly had been returned and then redistributed to me. I don't need to say more really.

Have bought from Happy Beds a couple of times and not only are the beds excellent but the customer service is great too. Had to change delivery dates on my recent purchase and was as simple as sending an email - thank you TIna!

I purchased a bed and mattress from Happy Bed 3 years ago and I’m still very pleased with the quality, especially the mattress. I recently contacted customer service to ask for information about my order to recommend the mattress to a friend, and Aimee was very helpful and reactive. I would definitely recommend this company and will buy from them again.

Really happy with the bed and service received.
it’s a great product and well made,I think with 2 small distractions 👨‍👦‍👦It took about 2 hours to put together and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Bought 3 mattresses. Unfortunately one had surface damage when delivered. Raised with the support team (Sophie and Kyi). Issue flagged up with manufacturing department and compensation offered to reflect the less than pristine condition of one of the mattresses. Overall good value products with a friendly customer service - what more could one ask for!

DO NOT ORDER A BED FROM THIS SITE.
If you change your mind or order the wrong size you have to arrange to return it yourself. This cost me £75 to return on a mattress I paid £185 for. They don’t even provide you with couriers with affordable prices.
Look at the money being lost. Absolutely ridiculous.
